Description
The 2002-2005 Ford Explorer is a big, boxy SUV, and vertical doors change how it opens completely. Instead of swinging outward, each door pivots up and forward on a Vertical Doors, Inc. hinge, which turns heads at a show and helps in tight spots where a full-size Explorer door has no room to swing. This kit, part number VDCFEXP0205, fits every trim of the Explorer from 2002 through 2005.

The hinges bolt directly to the factory bolt pattern, and the conversion is completely reversible if you ever want the stock door swing back.
