Return & Refund Policy

Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be uninstalled, unused, in its original condition and original packaging. To start a return, call us at 888-841-8288 or use our contact page with your order number; we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.

Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as ordered — in those cases we cover the return label. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Exclusions. Items that have been installed, modified, or painted cannot be returned. Custom or special-order items are not returnable unless defective.
