Description

Mechanically, this is a hinge swap. The kit replaces the factory door hinges on the Ford Explorer Sport Trac with a pair of Vertical Doors, Inc. lambo hinges that let each door open a short way and then pivot upward instead of swinging wide. Everything mounts to the factory bolt pattern, so there is no cutting or welding involved, and the conversion is fully reversible if you ever want to put the truck back to stock. Part number VDCFST0105 fits every trim of the Sport Trac from 2001 through 2005.
