The Mazda RX8 front doors swing out like any other car. This kit changes that. Part number VDCMAZRX80408 converts the factory doors so they open forward and up in a vertical arc, and it fits every trim of the RX8 from 2003 through 2012. The hinges bolt to the factory bolt pattern, so there is no cutting or welding, and the whole conversion can be removed later to return the car to stock.
