SCION TC 2005-2010 VERTICAL LAMBO DOORS

Description

On a 2005-2010 Scion TC, this kit changes the one thing everyone notices first: the doors open up instead of swinging out. It is a lambo door hinge conversion from Vertical Doors, Inc. that fits every trim of the TC across all six model years, 2005 through 2010. Your factory doors and panels stay on the car – the hinge is what gets replaced, not the bodywork.

Part number VDCSCTC0508 arrives as a complete conversion:

• Two VDI lambo door hinges, one for each side of the car
• Two gas shocks to hold the doors in the raised position
• All the mounting hardware for the job

The hinges are a direct bolt-on and mount to the TC’s factory bolt pattern, which also means the conversion is fully reversible – you can put the car back to stock later if you want. Each kit is made in the USA from domestic hardened steel, and the design is patented here as well. An instruction manual comes with the kit and VDI offers free tech support, but we recommend having a professional shop do the install, working from the instructions supplied in the box.
