Description
This is a direct bolt-on hinge conversion kit from Vertical Doors Inc., part number VDCFEXC0005. The two lambo hinges mount straight to the factory bolt pattern, so the stock doors swing out and then up without permanent modification to the body, and the included gas shocks hold each door once it is raised. The whole conversion is reversible, so removing the kit puts the Excursion back on its original hinges.

Fitment covers the Ford Excursion from 2000 through 2005, every model year and every trim level in that range. The hinges are made in the USA from domestic hardened steel and the design is patented. While the kit bolts to existing mounting points, we recommend having a professional installer do the work, following the instructions supplied with the kit.
