Description

The Nissan Altima sedan is everywhere, which is exactly why swinging its doors up instead of out gets attention. This Vertical Doors, Inc. conversion kit, part number VDCNALT13, replaces the factory hinges on both front doors so they open vertically, lambo style. It fits all trim levels of the 4-door Altima from 2013 through 2019.

Each kit ships with:

  • 2 Vertical Doors, Inc. lambo door hinges, one for each side
  • 2 gas shocks to support the doors on the way up and down
  • All mounting hardware for the conversion

Installation is a direct bolt-on: the hinges mount to the Altima factory bolt pattern, and the conversion is completely reversible if you ever want to return the car to stock. The hinges are made in the USA from domestic hardened steel and the design is patented. An instruction manual is supplied with the kit and VDI backs it with free tech support, but we recommend having a professional shop handle the install and work from those instructions.
