Description
Fitment runs 2002 through 2006 Cadillac Escalade, and it covers every trim level in that range. This is part number VDCCADESC0206 from Vertical Doors, Inc., a hinge conversion that lets your factory doors swing up vertically instead of out. The hinges are built in the USA from domestic hardened steel, and the design is patented here as well.

The hinges are a direct bolt-on to the factory bolt pattern, and the conversion is reversible if you ever want to return to stock. Plan for some fabrication on this generation, though: GM trucks and SUVs from 2006 and older need the factory door hinges removed and new holes drilled and tapped before the VDI hinges bolt in. Because of that, truck and SUV kits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so confirm your year and model before ordering.
