Fitment covers the 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 Ford Expedition, and it works on every trim level in that run. Part number VDCFEX0306 is a lambo door hinge conversion kit from Vertical Doors, Inc., engineered around this specific body so the hinges line up with the Expedition’s own door mounts instead of a universal template.

- 2 gas shocks to carry the weight of the door through its travel
- All the mounting hardware for the conversion
This is a direct bolt-on kit. The hinges mount to the Expedition’s factory bolt pattern, and the whole conversion is reversible if you ever want the truck back to stock. The hinges are made in the USA from domestic hardened steel, and the design is patented here as well. A printed instruction manual comes with the kit, and we recommend having a professional shop handle the install working from those instructions.
