Description

Fitment covers the 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996 Oldsmobile Cruiser Wagon, every trim included. Part number VDCOLDWAG9196 is a direct bolt-on hinge kit from Vertical Doors, Inc. that swaps the wagon’s standard door swing for vertical operation. The hinges are made in the USA from domestic hardened steel, and the design is patented here as well.

  • 2 Vertical Doors, Inc. lambo door hinges, one for each side
  • 2 gas shocks to hold the doors up once open
  • All mounting hardware needed for the conversion

The hinges mount to the factory bolt pattern, and the conversion is fully reversible, so the stock hinges can go back on later if you ever want the wagon original again. VDI rates the job as manageable if you are mechanically inclined and have basic tools, and every kit ships with an instruction manual and free tech support. Even so, we recommend professional installation using the instructions supplied with the kit, and local, nationwide, and mobile installers are available if you would rather hand the job off.
